30-DAY FULL REFUND 

For the reasons stated below, we are prepared to offer you two options: receiving a full refund within 30 days from the invoice date or obtaining a replacement within 15 days because of:
  • Faulty, damaged, or inoperable merchandise.
  • Missing items from your order.
  • The size, color, or customized item is incorrected per the order placed.
  • The product did not match our descriptions.
Besides the mentioned reasons, here are other factors that may hinder your full refund or replacement:
  • Asking for a refund post the 30-day warranty period.
  • Decision change.
  • Seeking alterations to the item received.
  • Offering inaccurate details or damage due to mishandling

⚠️Limitations: The warranty policy is applicable only once per order.

For refunds, allow time for processing:

  • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days.
